MERCHANDISE PLANNING AND ALLOCATION

THE CLIENT CHALLENGE:
How should the client go about upgrading and maximizing the use of its planning application? The client, a national retailer of off-price men's and women's apparel, lacked sufficient knowledge of the leading planning applications. Applied Retail Technologies was engaged to assist them in migrating from an existing character based application to a state of the art planning application.

Applied Retail Technologies provided the client with a complete installation process including the development of appropriate training materials.
Applied Retail Technologies entirely built and populated the environment in the new planning system. Applied Retail Technologies also provided on-going support and consultation as the staff progressed in their knowledge and use of the system.
