Theo Rose
Theo Rose - Principal.  Before founding Applied Retail Technologies in 1994, Theo had over 13 years of hands-on retail experience.  His background includes positions in store operations, merchandising, planning, inventory management, and technology projects. Theo has worked in the department store, off-price apparel, and factory outlet segments of the retail industry. Over the course of the last 17 years he has partnered with wholesalers and retailers to implement systems and processes to improve their company’s inventory management. He has implemented most of the commercially available planning, allocation, and assortment planning applications as well as various merchandising systems.

Adam Blank
Adam Blank  - Adam accumulated 10 years of retail industry experience before joining Applied Retail Technologies. His retail experience includes positions in merchandise and store planning, business process analyst, and senior systems administrator for E3 and Arthur planning environments. He has experience across a wide range of retail segments. He is a seasoned problem solver and project manager with highly developed technical, analytical, organizational and strategic planning skills.

Jerry Chiu
Jerry Chiu -  Jerry had over 15 years of retailing experience prior to joining Applied Retail Technologies. His significant retail background makes him an accomplished specialist in merchandise planning, inventory control, allocation and replenishment as well as database marketing, logistics and store operations, and assortment analysis, for both soft- and hard-lines. He is a strong advocate of an integrated approach to merchandising that considers store profiling and supply chain costs in addition to trends and strategy. He has been at the frontlines of executing strategic plans and knows what the critical needs are for achieving success. 

Paul Holveck
Paul Holveck  - Paul had over 30 years of retail experience prior to joining Applied Retail Technologies. His retail experience includes positions in buying, store management, senior level merchandising, merchandise planning, allocation and replenishment. He served on Steering Committees whose purpose was to oversee and approve merchandise system enhancements; he also piloted a test of an automated markdown system. He has background in a variety of retail formats including department and specialty stores and mass merchants. His senior level experience in both merchandising and planning gives him a complete understanding of the total retail process.

Tom Juliani
Tom Juliani  - Tom acquired 15 years of retail and catalog system experience before joining Applied Retail Technologies. His background includes positions in retail system implementation for Kliger-Weiss Infosystems (a retail software company) and Technical Project Leader and Programming Team Leader for a Lillian Vernon, a 50 year old catalog / retail company. Tom has experience in project management and system design. His skills also include technical, analytical and organizational experience. Tom has worked with Back Office through polling and Point of Sale.

Amy Leung
Amy Leung  - Amy had over 6 years of retail industry experience prior to joining Applied Retail Technologies. She has a significant background in visual merchandising, ranging from window installation to the creation of store directives. Her specialty is utilizing and training all aspects of the Visual Retail application. She has personally developed an extensive list of clients. Amy has an established skill of building fixtures in Visual Fixtures and is very knowledgeable in conducting photo shoots.
